It has become known to OPK (United Industrial Corporation) from the media that the staff of OAO Baltiysky Zavod wrote a letter to prime-minister Mr Vladimir V. Putin, in which the employees accuse the government and industrial state corporations in deliberate actions towards the Factory`s bankruptcy by means of illegal failure of new contracts placement (there is a judgment of court), as well as by means of nonpayment of debts for the completed work amounting to billions of rubles.
The staff members shall deem such actions as attempts to gain state control over the Factory.
At the moment the shares of shipbuilding factories are in possession of OPK. The Central Bank of Russia has created a charge over the shares, the pledge has not been realized, and the Central Bank of Russia can not dispose of them.
Thereby, one can `t but be astonished by the statement of OSK (United Shipbuilding Corporation) Director Mr R. Trotsenko in his interview to Vedomosti Newspaper (an article in the issue of September 14, 2011) about the fact that he is holding negotiations with the Central Bank of Russia on placing the Factory`s shares into trust.
The owners of the shares have never received from Mr R. Trotsenko or any other OSK officials any offers on the share placement of OAO Baltiysky Zavod into trust. We would also like to inform that the statement about OPK assets going nearly bankrupt is false.
In accordance with the agreement between OPK and the Central Bank of Russia by the latest estimate the shipbuilding assets of OPK amount to 100.4 billion rubles.
