Statement by the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Dear ladies and gentlemen, colleagues and partners!

OPK is managing assets in the strategic branches – military-industrial and fuel and energy complexes, shipbuilding, aircraft building, machine building, construction industry. Concentrating on the manufacturing sector of the Russian economy, OPK is invariably combining the state and commercial interests in its investment business.
Special focus is on the social aspects of its activity, which implies creation and expansion of the transportation and other infrastructures in the regions where the Corporation is operating. A number of OPK’s initiatives have won support of the RF Government, they have been included into the federal and regional industrial programs.

The Corporation believes that its major target is to implement promising and high-yield investment projects in the branches of industry where OPK is traditionally strong. The main thrust is on funding the production activities of the enterprises characterized by dynamic development and growth of output. At the same time, OPK is continuously expanding its operations, branching out into new businesses and developing Greenfield projects.

In preparing and implementing its project, OPK actively cooperates with Russian and foreign investors. We are glad to establish new long-term relations with companies and enterprises, which share our principles of fair and mutually profitable partnership.
