Moscow Region Exclusive Residential and Commercial Real Estate Projects

«OPK Development» presents a brand new project in the market of the Moscow region out-of-town real estate property: Super Deluxe village, combining the best traditions of European and Russian out-of-town lifestyle. The village is located in the environmentally safe place at the juncture spot of two rivers, the Moskva and the Istra. The Gribanovo residence is situated in the most prestige part of the Moscow region, at Rublyevo-Uspenskoye highway, 12 km from the city of Moscow and 4 km from the residence of the President of Russia.

Gribanovo has the area of 470 ha, nearly half of which is designed for recreation. Unique 18 championship holes golf course designed by legendary golfer Arnold Palmer (Arnold Palmer Design Company) will be situated in the Gribanovo village western part.

Gribanovo’s architectural concept is developed by a large French agency under the supervision of the leading architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. On the land plots of 30 up to 100 hundreds sq. meters several hundreds of cozy open-plan cottages of 350-1600 sq. meters will be built. Various architectural and style concepts will be employed for the construction of cottages.

The excellent environment, flight restriction and the highest security level are complemented by the integrated system of environment management, which reflects a new trend in designing cottage communities – “a green master-planned community".

The original architecture, blending with the local landscape, remoteness and absolute security make this project the most attractive one in the Rublyevo-Uspenskoye highway district.  

Gribanovo is the first in a series of exclusive cottage complexes to be implemented by OPK Development. Being a big player on the market of premium housing in the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway, OPK Development has more than 1,100 hectares of land. The other Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway projects will be implemented in several stages, resulting in more than 1 million square meters of housing and infrastructures.
