Central Department Store, City of Sochi

The project envisages construction of a multifunctional shopping/entertainment complex on the site of the existing department store building.

The Central Department Store is situated in the Central District of Sochi, a hub of the business and cultural life of the city. The building is situated close to the railroad and bus stations, which will make regular sources of potential customers.

The old Central Department Store building will be replaced with one of modern shopping/entertainment complexes of the Krasnodar Territory. The new TsUM project will include entertainment infrastructures – restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, gambling halls, zones for rest with children. For the modern buyer the new TsUM will become a place for shopping, rest and socializing.

The total area of the new TsUM, including the underground parking area, will be about 22,000 sq.m*.

The shopping/entertainment center will have a supermarket measuring more than 1,000 sq.m, shopping galleries measuring more than 7,000 sq.m, a rooftop cafe, restaurants and entertainment infrastructures measuring about 4,000 sq.m and underground parking area.
