Global financing crisis let look at investment project in a new way. If earlier the priority projects were building of infrastructure, opening new manufactures, now this is realization of great projects, which let extend workplace. We try resisting consequences of global crisis.

Victor Basargin told Russian Newspaper about how this projects are realized, of course, taking into account participation of Investment Fund of RF, which plays important financial role in their realization.

According experts’ research investing funds to federal budget during project realization will total 11, 8 bln rubles, to regional budgets – 5,4 bln rubles. According their estimation more than 24 thou persons will work for building-assembly operations.

Till 2015 the forecast gross regional product of Tyva Republic will total 25 bln rubles, taking into consideration the project will total 58,7 bln rubles.

Thus, the realization of Kyzyl-Kuragino railroad construction along with the mineral-feed base developing in Tyva Republic will let increase profitable foundation of republic budget and also overcome state grant, elevate economics and turn this separate region into federal economic space.
