Severnaya Verf’s Board of Directors included 7 representatives of Mezhprombank and UIC

On November 6, 2004, Saint-Petersburg hosted a regular meeting of OAO "Ship-Building Yard" Severnaya Verf" shareholders. The shareholders terminated terms of reference of acting Board of Directors ahead of schedule and elected its new members.

New General Director of Severnaya Verf appointed

Aleksandr Buzakov, a former officer of FGUP Admiralteiskiye Verfi has recently been appointed as new general director of OAO Ship-Building Yard Severnaya Verf. The latter’s Board of Directors has approved this appointment.

United Industrial Corporation acquired a stake in OKB Sukhoy’s shares

United Industrial Corporation (UIC), a company managing industrial assets of the International Industrial Bank acquired 13.78% of OAO OKB (Design Office) Sukhoy’s shares. This was provided for by an agreement for sharing the assets with holding "New Programs and Concepts" (NPC) that until recently has owned assets of the design office.

United Industrial Corporation (UIC) a company managing industrial assets of International Industrial Bank, has recently acquired controlling interest of "Ship-Building YardSevernaya Verf". According to Aleksand Gnusarev, UIC Chairman of Board, UIC presently owns 53.48% of Severnaya Verf shares.
