OPK’s representatives, EPC chairman of Boards of Directors Dmitry Sahno and OPK vice-president Yuriy Savkin, and CPR vice-president Si Tszinpin took part in official bilateral negotiations, where OPK presented its project on Elegest coal-field development (Tyva Republic) and Kyzyl-Kuragino railway construction.

Also there were several meetings with Chzhan Gobao, vice-president of CPR state committee on development and reforming, director of central board on energy, and Gao Khuchen, CPR deputy-minister of commerce.

Chinese bureaucracy were interested in Tyva project and were ready to support it in any way.
